Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Sunwash Premium Auto Detail website and the booking of our mobile detailing services in Calgary, AB and surrounding areas. By submitting a booking request or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Submitting the booking form is a request, not a confirmed appointment. We will contact you to confirm availability, final pricing, and a service window.

Prices shown on the site are starting prices. Final pricing depends on the size, condition, and specific needs of your vehicle, which we assess before or upon arrival.

Our mobile unit is self-sufficient with its own power and spot-free water. We do, however, require safe, legal, and reasonable access to your vehicle and enough space to work around it.

Please remove personal belongings and valuables from the vehicle before your appointment. We are not responsible for items left inside.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.

We may reschedule due to severe weather or circumstances beyond our control and will work with you to find a new time.

We take great care with every vehicle. Some stains, scratches, odours, oxidation, or pre-existing damage may not be fully removable, and results can vary with a vehicle's condition and materials.

We are not liable for pre-existing damage or for issues arising from defects, prior repairs, aftermarket modifications, or wear that is revealed or affected during cleaning. Any claim must be raised with us at the time of service.

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing for fleet or corporate accounts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your booking applies to that booking.
